Shoppers at Tysons Galleria can now browse Rolex and Patek Philippe under one roof, after family-owned jeweler Liljenquist & Beckstead opened dedicated boutiques for both brands on the mall's second floor in July.

The 2,800-square-foot Rolex boutique and an adjacent Patek Philippe showroom sit at the main entrance to the mall at 2001 International Drive in McLean. Together with back-office space and a service workshop, the side-by-side stores occupy 6,000 square feet.

"With this landmark boutique, we have created a setting that serves as a distinguished home for Rolex in the Mid-Atlantic," Lisa Colen, director of operations for Liljenquist & Beckstead, told WatchPro.

The Rolex space features a bronze brass façade, travertine-framed display windows and a sawtooth-patterned storefront visible from the corridor. Inside, American walnut covers the ceilings and walls, a Verde Alpi marble wall anchors the rear, and glass panels let customers watch Rolex-trained watchmakers at their benches. The boutique also includes private consultation rooms and a dry bar tucked behind a wood screen.

Liljenquist & Beckstead, founded in 1979 by Tom Liljenquist and Sidney Beckstead, has operated in the region for more than 45 years. The family-run retailer carries authorized lines for Rolex, Patek Philippe and Cartier, and runs four multibrand locations including shops at Tysons Corner, The Shops at Fairfax Square and Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda.

The new boutiques join a cluster of luxury tenants on Tysons Galleria's second floor that already includes Cartier, Prada, and Balenciaga, according to FFXnow's morning roundup published Friday. Louis Vuitton also expanded and reopened its store at the mall in July, according to FashionNetwork.

The openings fit a broader trend. Last year, North America led the world in luxury store openings for the first time, accounting for about 27% of the global total, according to a Savills global luxury retail report cited by Reuters. Liljenquist & Beckstead also carries Cartier, owned by Richemont, which reported 18% sales growth in the Americas from January through March 2026.

The Rolex Boutique by Liljenquist & Beckstead is open at Suite 2524M on the second floor of Tysons Galleria.
